Building: Statistical Office in Olsztyn, 78/82 Tadeusza Kościuszki Street, 10-555 Olsztyn
The Office building is largely adapted to the needs of persons with disabilities. The building has one main entrance from 78/82 Tadeusza Kościuszki Street, in front of which there is a platform with a ramp for wheelchairs. At the entrance door, there is a bell to call for assistance with the stairlift, as behind the doors there are stairs leading to the main corridor on the ground floor.
The building has no thresholds that would impede movement in wheelchairs, and the individual rooms accessible to clients are equipped with sufficiently wide doors to allow persons with disabilities to move freely.
On the ground floor, to the right of the entrance, there is a reception desk. Behind the reception desk is the REGON service room. To the left of the entrance is the Statistical Information Centre with a library for clients.
A toilet for persons with disabilities is located on the ground floor, to the right of the entrance.
Conference rooms are not adapted for persons with disabilities.
Assistance dogs or guide dogs are allowed in the building.
A parking space for persons with disabilities is designated in the internal car park at the rear of the Office.
Building: Statistical Office in Olsztyn, Branch in Elbląg, 5 Kazimierz Jagiellończyk Square, 82-300 Elbląg
The building has one main entrance from Kazimierz Jagiellończyk Square. The building has four floors.
To enter the main hall from the outside, one step must be negotiated; from the car park located on the right hand side of the building, you can access the building by wheelchair via a pavement with a gentle slope (without having to negotiate the step). The access to the building is paved, with lowered kerbs. The reception desk is located to the left of the main entrance. The second floor, occupied by the Branch Office, is accessible by stairs or by a passenger lift that accommodates a wheelchair. The customer service room is located opposite the stairs and the lift, separated from the corridor by a small threshold. The Office building is largely adapted to the needs of persons with disabilities.
A toilet for persons with disabilities is located on the third floor, occupied by the District Court in Elbląg.
No parking spaces for persons with disabilities are designated in the car park adjacent to the building. The building does not have markings in Braille, nor high contrast or large print signage.

The Branch in Ełk is located on the second floor of a building managed by the Powiat Road Administration.
The building has one main entrance from Kolonia Street. The building has a basement and three above ground floors. The Branch occupies the third floor.
There is a car park in front of the building with one designated parking space for persons with disabilities.
There is no reception desk in the building; clients are received in the REGON room, which is located on the third floor, straight ahead of the stairs.
The Branch building in Ełk is not adapted to the needs of persons with mobility impairments (stairs, no lift). The building does not have markings in Braille, nor high contrast or large print signage.
